The App Giacometti Art Walk is a video guide that presents structured, Bergell (Graubünden, Switzerland), the life and works of the Giacometti family of artists.Walking along the five proposed routes through the valley, you have under your feet the land of origin, in front of the landscapes and the descendants of the people painted by famous artists.
Welcome you, virtually, Giovanni, Augusto, Alberto and Diego Giacometti, as well as Giovanni Segantini, and Cuno Amiet Mario Negri.The last 150 years of the history of the valley are presented through works, insights and anecdotes recounted by witnesses, in the form of a docu-fiction widespread, historical insights and geo works.
Each visit Bergell is an opportunity to own a precious enrichment.The fiction film is an App of innovative services, all focused on the story of a mountain valley and its world-renowned artists.
This makes recognizable the App Center of Giacometti in the panorama of cultural tourism offerings related to the use of new technologies, offering new opportunities for development to the entire territory.

Three years of research have led them to learn about unpublished stories that are told to visitors interested in Giacometti artists and their land of origin; a treasure that belongs solely to the Bergell.Operation of App Giacometti Art Walk:The app constantly updates the position of the visitor examining his GPS coordinates;The App recognizes that the visitor is in the vicinity of a place of interest in the history of Giacometti artists and their land of origin;The App shows on the visitors device the media content corresponding to the area of ​​interest, whether it be a video, a photo gallery with comments, an infographic or a short text associated with a work.Five thematic tours through the Val BregagliaThe App contains 5 thematic paths that meander throughout the Bergell and connecting the major towns of the valley from Maloja to Castasegna, trespassing in Italy, Chiavenna and high Engadine to Sils.
